This wideband RF amplifier unit covering 1500-2500MHz comes with two saturated power options of 50W and 100W, customized for cellular band Software Defined Radio systems. It adopts standard 50Ω impedance with ±2dB full-band gain flatness, -12dBc harmonic suppression and -40dBc spurious rejection for consistent RF output. Operable on 24~32VDC power supply, it integrates auto-shutdown thermal protection at 85℃ and sustains continuous 3:1 load VSWR. Remote control via RS422 serial port enables configurable waveforms including white noise, comb spectrum, OFDM and LFM with adjustable bandwidth. Compact and lightweight, it is fitted with SMA input and N-type RF connectors, operating reliably from -30℃ to 55℃, ideal for 2/3/4G communication simulation and EMC lab testing.
