This ZD-SSPA-X250W-PULSE is an X-band pulse solid state power amplifier operating at 9.05–9.55GHz, with saturated output power >54dBm (250W). It supports 10–200μs pulse width, 25% duty cycle, rise/fall time ≤200ns, and features excellent on/off ratio (<80dB) and spurious rejection. Designed with 50Ω impedance, it adopts SMA-K input and WR90 output. Built-in protections include over-temperature, over-voltage, under-voltage and over-current. It uses RS422 communication, 32V operating voltage, 25% efficiency, -30~60℃ operating temperature and weight <3kg, ideal for pulse RF applications such as radar, communications and test & measurement.
