This high-power 100W 5700-5900MHz RF power amplifier module integrates a Gaussian white noise interference source, a multi-octave broadband PA powered by standard +28VDC. It delivers typical 100W saturated output power with ±1.5dB gain flatness and outstanding harmonic & spurious suppression. Equipped with triple protection of over-temperature, over-voltage and over-current, it auto-shuts down under abnormal conditions and continuously bears 3:1 full-phase load VSWR. Compact and lightweight, it features 50Ω matched output impedance, N-K Female/SMA RF output and D-Sub7W2 Male DC connector. Stable operation from -30℃ to 55℃, it is widely applied in wireless channel simulation and receiver anti-interference performance testing.
