This B1 40W integrated transmit and receive amplifier module combines power amplifier and LNA. The transmit channel covers 2110-2170MHz with 46±1dBm output power, while the receive channel works at 1920-1980MHz with low noise figure ≤1.8dB. Both channels support over 20dB gain adjustment with 1dB step, and feature low in-band fluctuation and VSWR ≤1.5. It adopts +28V DC power supply, equipped with MCX and SMA RF ports and RS485 monitoring interface. Working stably from -25℃ to +55℃, the module is compact in size and ideal for various dual-band RF transceiver systems.

The  B1  40W  integrated module combines power amplifier and  low noise amplifier for RF transceiver applications. This  B1  40W  integrated module has two independent channels: the transmit channel operates at 2110-2170MHz with 46±1dBm output power and 52±1dB gain, equipped with ALC function and ≥20dB gain adjustment. The receiving  low noise amplifier works within 1920-1980MHz, offering 25±1dB gain and noise figure ≤1.8dB. Both channels feature in-band fluctuation ≤2.0dB and VSWR ≤1.5. The  integrated module is powered by +28V DC, fitted with MCX and SMA RF ports and RS485 monitoring interface. It runs steadily at -25℃ to +55℃.
