This 6–18GHz 300W solid-state RF power amplifier module adopts forced air cooling design with 220V AC input. It delivers over 300W output power from 6–17.5GHz and above 250W within 17.5–18GHz, with a minimum gain of 55dB. Supporting 0.2μs-DC power pulse modulation with rising/falling edges under 100ns, it features low spurious suppression up to -50dBc (-60dBc for linear operation). Equipped with RS422 remote communication, it realizes power switch control, output adjustment and real-time status feedback. Built-in 85℃ over-temperature protection, it works stably at -40℃~+50℃ operating temperature. Interfaces include SMA input/coupling port and WRD500 output port, widely applied in EMC testing, radar simulation and microwave system integration.
