ZD-PA-4000/6000M-50/100W
This 4-6GHz wideband microwave amplifier module is available in 50W and 100W power variants. Based on SDR technology, it amplifies various RF signals and is widely applied to RF simulation tests in laboratories. Designed with standard 50-ohm impedance, it features ±2dB full-band gain flatness and qualified harmonic and spurious suppression. 35% power added efficiency effectively cuts temperature rise during continuous operation. Compatible with 28V DC power supply, it has built-in auto shutdown protection at 85°C and stably withstands 3:1 load VSWR. The RS422 communication interface supports remote adjustment to switch multiple modulated waveforms and customize output bandwidth. Compact and lightweight, it is fitted with SMA input and N-type RF connectors, operating reliably over wide temperature ranges, serving as common supporting equipment for communication equipment performance verification and EMC certification tests.
Quantity:
This 4000-6000MHz rf power amplifier adopts mature SDR architecture. As a standard SDR technology rf amplifier, it supplies two saturated power options of 50/100W, ideal for laboratory RF signal simulation and equipment certification. This rf power amplifier features 50-ohm standard impedance matching with ±2dB full-band gain flatness, -12dBc harmonic suppression and -40dBc spurious rejection. Its 35% power added efficiency effectively reduces temperature rise during long continuous tests. The complete 4000-6000MHz SDR technology rf amplifier supports wide 28V input voltage and integrates automatic thermal shutdown protection at 85°C, enduring 3:1 load VSWR continuously to avoid component damage from improper operation. Remote control via RS422 serial port connects to host computers to switch white noise, comb spectrum, OFDM and LFM waveforms with adjustable bandwidth. Compact and lightweight, it is equipped with SMA RF input and high-power N-type output connectors, delivering steady output under wide temperature ranges, and serves as an essential 50/100W rf power amplifier for performance inspection of communication equipment.
