5.6-5.8G Communication 150W High-Power TDD Low-Noise Linear Power Amplifier Module accurately covers the 5600-5800MHz communication high-frequency band, with a downlink maximum output power of 53±0.5dBm and a gain of 55±1.5dB. It adapts to various 5.6-5.8G communication scenarios with core performance of low noise, high linearity and low spurious emission. Equipped with TDD standard core technology, it supports fast uplink and downlink switching (delay ≤4.8μs), built-in 0-16dB digital control attenuation adjustment, and is provided with multi-level protection mechanisms for over-temperature, over-power and VSWR. Real-time parameter configuration and status monitoring can be realized through RS-485. Powered by 32V DC with a power conversion efficiency of >15%, it operates stably in a wide temperature range of -10~+55℃ with input and output VSWR ≤1.5.
