The B3 40W integrated PA and LNA module is dedicated to dual-band communication applications. Its transmit channel operates at 1805-1880MHz with 46±1dBm output power, supporting ALC and wide-range gain tuning. The receive channel runs on 1710-1785MHz, adopting high-performance Low Noise Amplifier with noise figure below 1.8dB. Both channels feature low in-band fluctuation and VSWR ≤1.5. Powered by +28V DC, it is fitted with standard MCX and SMA ports and RS485 monitoring. It works steadily across -25℃ to +55℃. With compact size and excellent spurious suppression, this module is a reliable choice for RF transceiver equipment.

This  B3  40W rf transceiver module adopts a dual-channel design, integrating power amplifier and  low noise amplifier. The transmit channel works at 1805–1880MHz, with 46±1dBm output power, 52±1dB gain and over 20dB adjustable gain. It also supports ALC function and features low EVM and excellent out-of-band spurious suppression. The built-in  low noise amplifier for receiving channel covers 1710–1785MHz, achieving a noise figure ≤1.8dB. Both channels have in-band fluctuation ≤2.0dB and VSWR ≤1.5. The B3 40W rf transceiver module uses +28V DC power supply, equipped with MCX and SMA RF ports as well as RS485 monitoring interface. It runs reliably from -25℃ to +55℃. With compact size and stable performance, it is widely applied in various communication RF systems.
