This 300W S-band solid state power amplifier covers 2000-2120MHz, adopting mature GaN chip technology for satellite communication uplink signal amplification. Built on a universal maintainable platform, it uses high-efficiency power combining to deliver saturated output power over 54.8dBm with compact size and low power consumption. It supports 0-25dB gain adjustment in 0.1dB steps and outstanding linearity, with IMD3 ≤-25dBc. Comprehensive protections including over-temperature, over-power and high VSWR safeguard stable operation. Optional 1:1/1:2 redundancy, out-of-band rejection and up-conversion are available. Equipped with Ethernet and RS485 communication ports, it works reliably from -40℃ to +50℃, ideal for ground satellite station systems.
