This 300-1500MHz 50W/100W SDR Power Amplifier Module is designed for software defined radio systems, offering two saturated output power options of 50W and 100W with stable ±2dB gain flatness and reliable harmonic & spurious suppression. It features standard 50Ω impedance matching, works on 24-32VDC wide voltage power supply with typical 8A DC current and 35% power added efficiency. Built-in thermal protection automatically cuts off power above 85℃, and it can continuously withstand 3:1 load VSWR. Equipped with RS422 serial communication, it supports four modulation waveforms including white noise, comb spectrum, OFDM and LFM, with adjustable center frequency and signal bandwidth. Fitted with SMA input and N-type RF output connectors, it operates reliably from -30℃ to 55℃, widely applied in RF simulation, EMC testing and wireless signal emulation.
