This B40 40W RF Power Amplifier LNA Module works at 2300-2400MHz with same frequency for transceiving. Its transmit channel delivers 46±1dBm output power and EVM ≤5%, supporting ALC and 1dB-step gain adjustment. The receive channel has a noise figure ≤3.8dB. Both channels feature low in-band fluctuation and VSWR ≤1.5. It realizes PA/LNA switching via logic level, and is fitted with 5569 connector and RS485 monitoring interface. Powered by DC +28V, it operates steadily from -25℃ to +55℃. Compact and reliable, it is widely used for 2.3GHz band wireless communication devices.
