This20W electronic fence RF amplifier module, developed specifically for the B1 band, is a high-performance rf power module and a reliable amplifier module 20w. Its transmitter channel operates at 1920-1980MHz and the receiver channel covers 2110-2170MHz, delivering a saturated output power of 43±1dBm and a gain of 50±1dB on the transmit side, while achieving a noise figure ≤1.8dB on the receive side, supporting ≥25dB gain adjustment and ALC. Powered by DC+28V and equipped with an RS485 monitoring interface, this electronic fence RF amplifier module features low spurious emissions and a VSWR ≤1.5. Operating at -25~+55℃ with dimensions of 130×110×21mm, this amplifier module 20w is an ideal solution for electronic fence systems, providing stable and efficient RF amplification support.
