This 200W wideband continuous wave solid-state power amplifier operates across 6000–18000 MHz (6–18GHz). It provides 200W saturated CW output power with a minimum power gain of 53dB. The unit features N-K RF input and BJ650 waveguide output, supporting 0~30dB gain adjustment with a 0.5dB adjustment step. LAN and GPIB control interfaces are available to enable remote monitoring and operation. Built-in forced air cooling maintains stable continuous working performance. Comprehensive protection mechanisms including over-current, over-temperature and over-reflection protection prevent equipment damage. This amplifier is widely applied in RF testing, radar simulation, wireless communication and broadband signal amplification scenarios.
