This 2-6GHz solid state power amplifier delivers saturated CW output power up to 400W, with a P1dB power of 200W and minimum 56dB power gain. It adopts standard 6U 19-inch rack structure with built-in forced air cooling for long-hour stable operation. The gain is adjustable within 30dB range by 0.5dB steps, supporting input power no more than 5dBm. Equipped with N-K RF input and L29-K output, it features low harmonic and spurious signals. LAN interface enables remote monitoring of current and temperature. Integrated multi-protection including overcurrent, overtemperature and over-reflection prevents equipment damage. Powered by AC220V, it fits lab RF testing, EMC calibration and wireless communication simulation.
