This integrated module integrates a 200W saturated RF power amplifier and Gaussian white noise generator, covering the operating frequency band of 1800-1880MHz with standard 50 Ohm matched output. It adopts +28VDC power supply with typical 2A DC current. The power gain flatness reaches ±1.5dB, harmonics are controlled below -12dBc and spurious signals under -40dBc to provide pure interference signals based on Gaussian white noise.Equipped with complete built-in control and protection circuits, it supports automatic shutdown under over-temperature, over-voltage and over-current conditions; thermal overload protection triggers at 85°C±5°C. It runs reliably at -30~55°C and can be stored at -40~65°C, resisting up to 95% non-condensing humidity.Compact and lightweight, it comes with N-K female RF output and D-Sub7W2 DC connector with TTL enable pin, ideal for RF testing, interference simulation and lab high-power signal source projects.
