This 1550-1620MHz 200W RF amplifier integrated white noise module adopts multi-octave circuit design, with typical saturated output power of 200W and Gaussian white noise as interference modulation signal. Compact and lightweight with maximum weight of 2kg, it delivers instant ultra-wideband response and standard 50 Ohm matched output. Compared with similar devices, it achieves harmonic suppression of -40dBc, spurious signals ≤-12dBc and gain flatness within ±1.5dB for superior RF performance. It supports triple protection of over-temperature, over-voltage and over-current, and automatically shuts down output when temperature exceeds 85℃. Powered by +28VDC, it operates stably from -30℃ to 55℃. Equipped with N-K RF output and D-Sub7W2 control connector with TTL enable function, it is widely used for RF performance verification and interference simulation tests.
