This 100W Solid State Power Amplifier 20-1000MHz Wideband RF Module works within 20MHz to 1000MHz frequency range. It features 100W saturated output power, 50±2dB power gain and gain flatness within ±2dB. With 28-32V DC operating voltage, the max working current is 15A, and input & output VSWR is 1.5:1. Equipped with SMA female input, N female output and dual D-Sub 7W2 ports, it supports LVTTL enable control, real-time current and temperature detection. The module adopts 50Ω impedance, runs stably at -30℃~+65℃, weighs only 1000g. It is widely used for industrial testing and RF measurement.
