This 100W microwave amplifier module covers 10–13GHz frequency range, with 50dB gain, 50dBm output power and gain flatness within ±2dB. It supports CW, pulse and multiple modulated RF signals, powered by 32V DC with 30% efficiency and spurious signals below -60dBc. Featuring N-Female input and WR75 waveguide output, it adopts J30JM-15ZKP interface for power and control. Built with comprehensive protections including overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature and reverse connection, it also reaches IPX5 waterproof grade. Controlled by TTL level or manual button, it operates stably at -40℃~+55℃. Compact and lightweight, it is widely used for microwave testing and communication projects.
