This solid state power amplifier module operates from 0.3 to 3GHz with saturated output power up to 100W and typical gain of 50dB. It features excellent in-band flatness, maximum operating current of 10A, and is powered by 28 to 32V DC. The module has 50Ω input and output impedance, SMA input connector, N-type output connector, D-Sub 7W2 for power and control. It is compact with dimensions 170×94×26.5mm and weight up to 1000g. Operating temperature ranges from -30 to 65℃, suitable for communications test and RF transmission with stable and reliable performance.
