This 200W wideband rf power amplifier works in two split bands: 0.4–2GHz and 2–6GHz. It runs on 28V DC with CW continuous wave operation, featuring over 65dB small-signal gain and ≥53dBm saturated output power, maximum input power limited at 0dBm and input VSWR below 1.5:1. Equipped with SMA RF input, N-type RF output and D-SUB13W6 power socket, the module supports TTL enable control and real-time over-temperature alarm signal output. Its applicable temperature ranges from -20℃ to +55℃, with dimension 200×250×25mm. External heatsink plus forced air cooling is required for heat dissipation. Widely applied for RF laboratory measurement and various industrial testing projects.
