This 0.3-2GHz broadband RF amplifier is an industrial high power amplification module with 100W saturated output power, typical 52dB gain and efficiency ≥30%. It features ±2dB power flatness, supporting CW, pulsed and various RF modulated signals. The module offers excellent harmonic suppression: 2nd harmonic ≤-10dBc, 3rd harmonic ≤-15dBc, spurious suppression ≤-70dBc, input VSWR ≤1.5. Operating at +28V with 2.5A quiescent current, it adopts SMA RF input, N-type RF output and D-Sub 9-pin power control interface. Made of aluminum alloy, weight <0.7kg, operating temperature -40℃ to +55℃, with built-in temperature alarm protection. Stable and reliable, ideal for communication, test and measurement applications.
