X Band 9.2-9.8G 256elements Phased Array Antenna for Radar System
This X-band phased array antenna operates in the 9.2-9.8 GHz frequency range, supporting single-beam, time-division duplex transmission and reception in pulse mode with a maximum duty cycle of 20% and pulse width of 20 μs.This X antenna is a array antenna for radar system It adopts an advanced surface-mount architecture with vertical polarization, integrating 256 tightly arranged radiating elements in a 16×16 orientation and pitch configuration within a compact 18 mm × 18 mm form factor. Each channel features independently programmable phase shift and attenuation, enabling flexible beamforming and single-channel on/off control, while built-in overvoltage, overcurrent, and timing disorder protection ensure robust and fail-safe operation even under abnormal control sequences.
Equipped with intelligent beam control and telemetry capabilities, the antenna reports real-time operating temperature of the TR components and supports a low-power standby mode that keeps the RF control chip powered while disabling the RF signal path. Its beam scanning coverage reaches ±45° in azimuth and ±40 in elevation, delivering consistent pattern performance across wide angles. At broadside, typical beamwidth is 6.8°±0.6° for transmission and 5.7°±0.8° for reception.
Designed for high-performance satellite communication and radar applications, the subarray delivers EIRP of ≥78 dBm (9.2-9.8 GHz), G/T of ≥–0.8 dB/K over the respective ranges. With its high integration density, lightweight surface-mount packaging, and comprehensive environmental protection features, this subarray provides a scalable, high-reliability building block for radar antenna system
