As a reliable phased array radar upconverter, it features two output passbands of 7.7GHz‑7.85GHz and 9.1GHz‑9.5GHz with 930 MHz intermediate frequency input. This dual band rf upconverter provides ≥15 dB frequency conversion gain and output P‑1 ≥11 dBm, along with in‑band flatness ≤2 dB. Both channels achieve outstanding ≥65 dBc out‑of‑band suppression, while input and output VSWR perform ≤‑10 dBm and operating current stays within ≤350 mA. Built with 6061‑aluminum housing with nickel‑plated surface treatment, it operates stably from‑30℃ to +70℃ and supports storage temperature‑40℃~+75℃.
