This 6-8GHz C-band Power Amplifier has an operating frequency of 7020-7380MHz. When tested at 25℃, the power gain is ≥50dB and the output power is ≥57dBm. It has a pulse function, a duty cycle of 20%, a pulse width of 200us, and the pulse format can be changed through the host. It uses RS422 serial port communication and has power detection, temperature detection, current detection and open circuit protection circuits. The power supply is DC +40V, with 4 interfaces (including 2 RF interfaces and internal DC isolation), 2 power interfaces and a control interface. The size is 200×150×25mm, and the bottom is a heat dissipation surface. It needs to be installed on a cold plate and laser marked. The storage temperature is -20-+60℃, and the operating temperature is -10℃±2℃ to 50℃±2℃.
