This 30W 420 - 6000MHZ PA power amplifier module has an operating frequency range of 420 - 5850MHz and supports customization. The operating voltage is 28V (28 - 32V is available), the maximum output power is 45±0.5dBm (corresponding to about 30W, current ≤2.1A) or 44±0.5dBm (corresponding to about 25W), the gain is 40±1dB, and the in-band fluctuation is controlled at ≤2dB. The spurious emission index is excellent, ≤ -15dBm/1MHz in the band, and the out-of-band 9KHz - 1GHz is not higher than the normal background noise. The output voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR) is ≤1.30. It can work normally in an environment of -10℃ - +55℃, with a gain stability of ±1.5dB and a power stability of ±1dB. The power supply requirement is ≥3A@ +28Vdc, the power interface is red positive and black negative, and the RF output interface is SMA female external screw internal hole type, which is suitable for a variety of RF signal amplification scenarios.
