Low VSWR Ka band 32W GaN SATCOM Block Upconverter
ZD-PAR-Ka-32W-SBU
This product is a Ka-band block upconverter designed for satellite communication uplinks. Built with gallium nitride solid-state technology, it is compact, rugged, and can operate stably in harsh environments from -40°C to +60°C. Although it is only 114 cubic inches and weighs 5.6 pounds, it can provide 16W linear power and consumes only 160W DC. Its flexible frequency range, multiple optional functions, and rich interfaces make it an excellent choice for both harsh outdoor environments and projects with high requirements for equipment performance and size.
Quantity:
Low VSWR 32W Ka-band GaN SATCOM Block Upconverter from ZD Tech is an advanced device designed for satellite communications.
Compact and rugged, suitable for harsh environments: It is the smallest and most rugged Ka-band module upconverter currently available. It adopts high-efficiency gallium nitride (GaN) solid-state design, and its compact size can operate stably in the operating temperature range of -40℃ to +60℃, and even in the non-operating temperature range of -50℃ to +70℃. It can also withstand altitudes up to 12,000 feet and 100% condensing humidity environments, ensuring reliable communications under harsh conditions.
Powerful and excellent performance: It can provide 16W linear power for satellite communication uplinks and saturated power of 45 dBm (32W). Its output RF frequency range is 30.0-31.0 GHz, and the intermediate frequency input frequency is 1000-2000 MHz. In terms of signal processing, the output spurious signal is as low as -60 dBc, and it has excellent phase noise indicators, such as -63 dBc/Hz at 100 Hz, ensuring that the signal is pure and stable.
Flexible interface, easy to integrate: Equipped with Ethernet and RS-232 interfaces (optional SNMP), it is convenient for users to monitor and manage, and easy to integrate into various satellite communication systems. Weighing only 5.6 pounds (2.54 kg) and measuring 6.8"×4.4"×3.8", the compact size helps save installation space. Whether it is a ground station or a mobile platform such as a vehicle or airborne, it can be easily adapted. It is a trustworthy and high-quality choice in the field of satellite communications.
