High Gain 300W X Band GaN Block Upconverter SATP
This 300W X-band GaN Block upconverter is a high-performance RF device from ZD Tech designed for demanding satellite communications and defense applications. It upconverts the intermediate frequency IF signal 950-1450MHz to the X-band 7.9-8.4GHz and provides up to 300W saturated power 54.8dBm and 150W linear power 51.8dBm, ensuring long-distance, high-reliability uplink transmission. The use of GaN technology provides high efficiency, reduced energy consumption and high power density. Compared with traditional GaAs solutions, this converter is smaller and has better heat dissipation.
In addition, it also has the advantages of military-grade reliability, meets harsh environmental standards, operates at -40°C to +60°C, tolerates 100% humidity, and is vibration-resistant, making it suitable for tactical satellite terminals, mobile ground stations, and drone communications. It also supports high-order modulation such as QPSK/OQPSK to ensure data transmission integrity. It supports Ethernet and RS-232 remote control, real-time gain adjustment 0.1dB steps and diagnostic system status, which is easy integration into automation networks. The application of the BUC. In military communications, it can Provide high-power anti-jamming uplinks for tactical satellite terminals, such as WGS systems. In emergency response, it can rapidly deploy mobile communication station in disaster relief. In commercial VSAT, It support high-band width data transmission for high-throughput satellite gateway stations. In aerospace, it used in airborne and ship-borne satellite communication systems.
