This high‑performance power amplifier module is a robust sspa, also known as solid state power amplifier, operating in 1200‑1400MHz frequency band with 700w peak saturated output power. This sspa achieves 58.5dB power gain at Psat, minimum 25dB gain adjustment range and ±1.5dB gain flatness. The power amplifier module accepts nominal input power of 0±3dBm, with maximum input/output VSWR 2.5. Spurious signals max 60dBc and harmonic rejection max 15dBc, noise figure is 15dB, PA enable/disable time is 2μs. This solid state power amplifier adopts AC 220V/12A power supply, 50‑ohm impedance, N‑type female RF connectors and RS422 control interface. It works from ‑30℃ to +60℃ and meets MIL‑STD‑810F shock‑vibration specification. Packaged in 19‑inch 3U standard chassis with 450mm depth and weight ≤30kg, this reliable 700wpower amplifier module fits for RF transmission, radar simulation and professional test‑measurement within 1200‑1400MHz.
