This 0.8-18GHz mini single-channel RF upconverter module adopts surface mount two-stage conversion structure. It converts intermediate frequency signals with 1.8GHz center frequency and 1GHz bandwidth into signals covering 0.01~2GHz low-power port and 0.8-18GHz RF port, whose RF output can drive power amplifiers. Equipped with detachable SMP-J connectors, it features with highly integrated miniaturized design. It provides 50dB±1.5dB receive gain, independent digital attenuation for RF and IF paths with 1dB and 0.5dB steps respectively. Two switchable dual LO schemes are available to match various RF test scenarios. With compact outline and complete frequency conversion control functions, it is widely applied in RF R&D and system integration projects.
