The sensor integrates PLL, transceiver, baseband and ADC, is equipped with 4 receiving channels and 3 transmitting channels, supports TDD (MIMO) working mode, has excellent signal processing capabilities, built-in Cortex-R4F microcontroller and C674X DSP. It has rich interfaces, including CAN/CAN-FD, SPI, UART, I2C, etc., and supports multi-chip cascade expansion, suitable for long, medium and short-range radar applications (LRR/MRR/SRR). The electrical characteristics are stable and the operating temperature range is wide (-40℃\~+125℃), suitable for harsh environments.
