40W X-Band GaN Satcom Block Upconverter for VSAT and Ground Stations
40W X-Band GaN Satcom Block Upconverter for VSAT from ZD Tech is a high-performance RF frequency conversion device designed for satellite communication uplink. Its core function is to convert the intermediate frequency (IF) signal generated by the ground station into a high-power RF signal of the X-band (7.9-8.4GHz), and transmit it to the satellite through the antenna to complete the data, voice or video upload task. This product uses advanced gallium nitride GaN technology and integrates up-conversion, power amplification and signal conditioning functions to provide stable and efficient RF signal conversion solutions for military, government and commercial satellite communication systems. This X-band GaN satellite communication upconverter combines high performance and reliability. Its efficient and energy-saving design requires only 120W DC power at 20W linear power, significantly reducing the system's heat dissipation pressure. It can operate stably in extreme temperature environments from -40°C to +60°C, adapting to various harsh deployment scenarios. Also, it is equipped with intelligent monitoring functions, which supports remote control and real-time system diagnosis via Ethernet or RS-232 (optional SNMP), ensuring that the equipment is always in the best working condition.
