  Ka-band, spanning 26.5GHz to 40GHz, is a high-frequency, broadband range extensively utilized in satellite communications, radar systems, and high-speed wireless communications. The s band input supported amplifier has high frequency and wide bandwidth making it ideal for high-speed data transmission, though it has weaker signal penetration and is susceptible to weather effects like rain attenuation. Despite these challenges, the Ka-band's high bandwidth and compact antenna size make it crucial in modern communication and radar technologies. With advancements in high-throughput satellites and 5G/6G communications, the Ka-band's applications are expected to expand further.

  Our company is committed to developing Ka-band products, and we are proud to introduce our 40W Ka band Amplifier (SSPA). This high-performance RF component belongs to an ultralwide band sspa, operates in the 29-31 GHz range, delivering 40 watts (46 dBm) of saturated output power with exceptional linearity and efficiency. The low spurious amplifier ensures output signal purity with spurious signals 60 dB lower than the main signal. It maintains gain stability within ±0.5 dB over 24 hours, ensuring reliable long-term operation. With third-order intermodulation distortion 25 dB lower than the main signal, the device exhibits excellent linearity and low phase noise, guaranteeing high signal clarity and stability.

  This solid-state power amplifier features a high-frequency operating range, robust output power, precise gain adjustment, and superior signal quality (low spurious, low harmonics, low noise).  The low weight compact amplifier design and versatile interface options make it suitable for various applications, including satellite communications, radar systems, and high-frequency wireless networks.
