29-31GHz Ka Band 40dB SSPA with High Gain Low Phase Noise Forced Air Cooling
Ka band 40dB sspa within 29-31GHz is a high-frequency, broadband frequency band amplifier widely used in satellite communications, radar systems and high-speed wireless communications. The basic characteristics of it are as bellow. Frequency range is 26.5GHz ~ 40GHz. Wavelength range is about 7.5mm ~ 11.3mm. Frequency band is divided into uplink frequency, usually 27.5GHz ~ 31GHz, and downlink frequency, usually 17.7GHz ~ 21.2GHz. For its features, it has high frequency band and wide bandwidth which is suitable for high-speed data transmission. But the signal penetration ability is weak and easily affected by weather (such as rain attenuation). Despite the challenges of rain attenuation and propagation loss, the Ka-band plays an important role in modern communications and radar technology with its advantages of high bandwidth and small antenna size. With the development of high-throughput satellites and 5G/6G communications, the application prospects of the Ka-band will be broader. About Ka-band products, our company also attaches great importance to it. Now we launch a 10W ka band sspa for high stability.
The Ka-band 10 Watt Solid State Power Amplifier SSPA with adjustable gain is a high-performance RF component, designed to in the 29-31 GHz frequency range, providing 10 watts (40 dBm) of saturated output power with excellent linearity efficiency. It will be called military grade sspa. The low phased noise amplifier for it's spurious signal is 60 dB lower than the main signal, ensuring the purity of the output signal. Within 24 hours, the gain change does not exceed±0.5 dB, ensuring long-term stable operation. The third-order intermodulation distortion is 25 dB lower than the main signal, indicating that the device has good linearity and low phase noise level, ensuring high clarity and stability of the signal.
So the solid-state power amplifier has a high-frequency operating range, high output power, precise gain adjustment and excellent signal quality (low spurious, low harmonics, low noise). Its compact design and multiple interface options make it suitable for application scenarios such as satellite communications, radar systems and high-frequency wireless networks.
