(ZDTECH) SSPA series has newly developed a 200W (13-15GHz)( solid state power amlifier )to satisfy the different needs of scenaries.

200W RF output, and up to +53dBm rated output power, ensures long-distance signal transmission and coverage in harsh requirements. The operating frequency range of the Ku-band is 13~15GHz, which is perfectly adapted to high-precision RF application scene such as satellite communications, radar systems and broadcasting. For ≥60dB gain, it sees that provides powerful signal amplification capacity to ensure the integrity and strength of the signal in long-distance transmission.

This SSPA 's gain stability can maintain stably during long-term operation, suitable for critical applications such as satellite communications and long-range radar systems.
