This DDS integrated module delivers 150W controllable output power within the 5.75-5.9GHz band, paired with 50Ω impedance, 28-36V (32V typical) operating voltage, and ≤13A (150W typical) current. It ensures stable performance via ≥10dB ALC power adjustment and ≤2.5dB inband ripple, plus 1.5:1 input/output VSWR.
Equipped with software-adjustable power and three frequency-set modes, it also features comprehensive protection—high-temp shutdown (over 85℃), VSWR (over 4) auto-shutdown, over-current (over 12A) and under-voltage alarms. Real-time status is visible via LCD (frequency/power/switching) and three LEDs (POWER/RUN/ALARM). With internal fan cooling, the 156x122x58mm, ≤1600g module suits stand-alone or portable use.

This module operates in the 5.75-5.9GHz band (50Ω impedance) with 28-36V (32V typ) voltage and ≤13A (150W typ) current, delivering 20-150W software-controllable output power—powered by a high-performance amplifier that ensures ≤2.5dB peak inband ripple and 1.5:1 input/output VSWR.
 
At its core, a precise Digital RF Modulator (DDS-based) drives signal generation, supporting three flexible modes: single frequency points, wideband sweeps (max 500MHz bandwidth, 1MHz accuracy), and 4 customizable sub-bands. This Digital RF Modulator eliminates external signal sources for most uses, while the built-in ALC Controls (Automatic Level Control) provide ≥10dB voltage-controlled attenuation, dynamically adjusting power to maintain stability amid load or input fluctuations—critical for the amplifier’s consistent performance.
 
To protect the amplifier and Digital RF Modulator, it has multi-layer safeguards: auto-shutdown at ≥85℃ (recovers at 65℃), VSWR>4, or current>12A; alarms for 32V voltage. Real-time status of the amplifier and Digital RF Modulator is visible via LCD (frequency/power/switching) and 3 LEDs (POWER/RUN/ALARM), with ALC Controls data also displayed.
 
With internal fan cooling, alloy iridite finishing, and 156×122×58mm (≤1600g) design, it uses TYPE N [F] RF, D-Sub 7W2 power, and J30J-9ZKP control connectors. Operating at -25℃-+85℃, it suits stand-alone/portable use, relying on its amplifierDigital RF Modulator, and ALC Controls to excel in communications, radar, and testing.
