The high power 25W integrated power amplifier (PA) module operates in the 6-10GHz frequency band, perfectly compatible with CW and Pulsed input signals, and supports an input pulse width range of 50ns to CW. It delivers a saturated output power of 44±1dBm, with a flatness of ±2dB max at Psat and gain flatness
 
Equipped with robust protection features: reverse polarity protection, over-temperature protection (power off when temp exceeds 85°C, power on when below 65°C), overvoltage/undervoltage protection (power off if voltage is over 36V or below 24V), and overcurrent protection (power off when current exceeds 10A), it safeguards the high power system and digital RF modulator z from damage.
 
It supports RS485 serial communication for real-time monitoring of temperature and current, with input/output VSWR
