The 50W Broadband RF Power Amplifier Module with MCU intelligence delivers high-performance amplification from 2000-6000MHz with ≥47dBm saturated output (50W) and 85°C temperature, abnormal voltage (32V), VSWR>5:1, or overcurrent (>15A) to prevent system damage.

Leveraging GaN transistor technology, this RF power module maintains ≥35% power efficiency under full load with >20dBc harmonic suppression and >60dBc spurious rejection. Its industrial-grade design operates in -40~+60℃ environments, featuring an aluminum heatsink and feed-through capacitor power interface for stable HF performance. Equipped with SMA-KFD RF ports and 6-pin RS485 connector (40cm cable included), it integrates over-temperature protection and reverse polarity safeguards. Tri-color LEDs (POWER/RUN/ALARM) deliver instant status visualization.

1) Amplifier Query: amplifier status (including amplifier status, over-temperature alarm, standing wave ratio alarm, amplifier fault alarm);

2) Amplifier Enable Switch: OFF-3.3V and ON-0V. And Internally Pulled-Low (0V), indicating the amplifier should be ON by default;

3) Over-temperature Alarm: the recommended threshold is +85℃. When the detection temperature exceeds +85℃, an alarm is triggered and the amplifier is switched off. When it reaches +65℃, the amplifier is switched on;

4) Standing Wave Alarm: When the standing wave detection exceeds 5:1, the amplifier automatically switchs off;

5) Overvoltage and Undervoltage Alarm: When voltage exceeds 32V &below 24V, the amplifier automatically switchs off;

6) Overcurrent Alarm: When current exceeds 15A, the amplifier automatically switchs off;

7)  Reverse Polarity Protection.
