100W Wideband

High Power Integrated DDS 100W 2300-2400MHz Power Amplifier

ZD-PA-2300/2400M-100W
The frequency range of this high-power DDS-integrated 100W 2300-2400MHz power amplifier module is 2300-2400MHz, with a saturated output power of 50±1dBm (equivalent to 100W CW) and a 50-ohm impedance. It is equipped with N-K type RF connectors and features multi-dimensional protection & monitoring functions (including temperature, VSWR, over/under voltage alarms). It supports RS485 monitoring (baud rate 19200) for real-time access to module status (temperature, voltage, forward/reverse power, etc.) and remote control of the power amplifier enable switch, delivering a stable and controllable application experience. Compared with ordinary power amplifier modules, this module integrates a DDS unit (with 400MHz bandwidth), ensures high gain (50±1dB) and excellent in-band flatness (≤2.0dB), while achieving reliable power stability (±1.5dBm) within the operating temperature range of -25°C~+55°C. It simplifies system integration with compact dimensions (170×79.5×34mm for the amplifier, 164×73.5×34mm for installation) and standardized 7W2 power supply interface, and can better adapt to various environmental conditions (5%~95% relative humidity, no condensation). Customers can also customize configurations according to specific application requirements to better meet scenario-specific needs.

A significant advantage of this 100W Power Amplifier over ordinary power amplifier modules is its integrated high-performance function and reliable stability. Traditional power amplifier modules often require external signal generation components to achieve frequency adjustment, which not only increases the complexity of system integration but also raises the risk of signal interference. By integrating the DDS unit into the module, this Integrated DDS Module eliminates the need for additional external signal sources, simplifying the overall system structure while reducing potential signal loss and interference, thus enhancing the stability of the entire system.

Since this 2300-2400MHz Amplifier integrates the DDS unit (with a bandwidth of 400MHz) and omits the cumbersome process of matching external signal generators, the signal transmission path inside the module is shortened, and the signal delay is significantly reduced. This is particularly critical for applications in the 2300-2400MHz frequency band that require low signal latency, such as wireless communication base stations and industrial wireless control systems, as it ensures real-time and accurate signal transmission.

In addition to low latency, this 100W Power Amplifier simplifies system monitoring and maintenance. When troubleshooting traditional power amplifier modules, technicians often need to use multiple external instruments to detect parameters such as temperature, voltage, and power separately. However, this Integrated DDS Module is equipped with a complete RS485 monitoring system (baud rate 19200), which allows real-time access to key module statuses (including temperature value, voltage value, forward/reverse power, input/output power, etc.) without disassembling the equipment. Moreover, the module’s clear LED indication (for temperature alarm, VSWR alarm, over/under voltage alarm, etc.) enables quick identification of fault types, avoiding the need to shut down the entire system for troubleshooting and greatly improving maintenance efficiency.

The frequency range of this 2300-2400MHz Amplifier is fixed at 2300~2400MHz, a frequency band widely used in wireless communication and industrial applications. It has a saturated output power of 50±1dBm (equivalent to 100W CW), an impedance of 50 ohms, and is equipped with an N-K type RF connector that conforms to industry standards, ensuring stable connection with other 50-ohm impedance devices. Although the module does not require additional independent cooling facilities due to its optimized heat dissipation design, its operating temperature range of -25°C~+55°C and over-temperature protection function (triggered at +75°C, restarted at +65°C) can better protect the module and extend its service life.

In addition, this 100W Power Amplifier—as a highly integrated Integrated DDS Module—provides the technical foundation required for one-stop high-speed assembly automation and system integration. Thanks to its compact modular design (amplifier dimension: 170×79.5×34mm; installation dimension: 164×73.5×34mm) and standardized interfaces (7W2 power supply interface, N-K RF port), it can be quickly integrated into various systems without complex secondary development. All types of such 2300-2400MHz Amplifier modules can be combined into a complete multi-channel power amplification system according to actual application needs, achieving an efficient and flexible application experience. This enables the module to not only significantly improve the technical performance of the system in the 2300-2400MHz frequency band but also provide greater flexibility and convenience in practical installation, debugging, and later expansion.
