This ZD-PAL-700/1100M-50W power amplifier module is a high-performance RF module designed for industrial-grade signal enhancement applications. Operating across a wide 700-1100MHz frequency range, this amplifier delivers exceptional saturated output power of 47±1dBm/50±1dBm and a high gain of 47±2dB/50±2dB, ensuring strong signal amplification performance.
With in-band fluctuation controlled within ≤2.0dB and input VSWR ≤1.5, this RF module maintains stable signal transmission with minimal distortion. Powered by DC+28V with a working current ≤5A, it features easy wiring implementation (red positive, black ground, enable wire) and 3.2V-5V enable control. Equipped with SMA or N-type RF ports, the amplifier module adopts an aluminum alloy shell, supporting operation from -10°C to +55°C and storage at -25°C to +65°C. Ideal for communication base stations, signal repeaters, and industrial RF systems, this durable power amplifier module ensures reliable long-term operation in harsh environments.
