It delivers 50W peak CW output, 47±1dB gain, ±3dB flatness, 22% efficiency, ≥60dBc spurious rejection, ≥10dBc harmonic suppression, 50Ω impedance, 28-30V power supply. Compact structure, ideal for DDS signal generators, communications, test & measurement and RF transmission.

The ZD-WBPA-600/1000-50W is a general‑purpose wideband power amplifier operating at600–1000MHz, specially designed forDDS signal generatorand various wideband RF transmission chains. It adopts Class AB GaN architecture and GaN‑on‑SiC technology, with a copper submount and patented thermal design for excellent thermal performance and high reliability. It features instantaneous wide bandwidth, 50Ω impedance, compact size, light weight and rugged structure, perfectly matching the output of DDS signal generators for applications including communications, test and measurement, and RF transmission.
Powered by 28–30V, it delivers typical 50W peak CW output power, 47dB power gain, ±3dB gain flatness, 22% efficiency, ≥60dBc spurious rejection, ≥10dBc harmonic suppression, and ≤2:1 input/output VSWR for stable long‑term operation.
