This 10W 420 - 6000MHZ PA power amplifier module has a customizable operating frequency of 420 - 6000MHz. The operating voltage is 28V (applicable to 28 - 32V), the maximum output power is 40±0.5dBm (corresponding to a power of about 10W, current ≤1A), the gain is 35±1dB, and the in-band fluctuation is ≤2dB. The in-band spurious emission is ≤-15dBm/1MHz, and the out-of-band 9KHz - 1GHz is not higher than the normal background noise. The output voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR) is ≤1.30. It can work stably in an environment of -10℃ - +55℃, with a gain stability of ±1.5dB and a power stability of ±1dB. The power supply requirement is ≥2A@ +28Vdc, the power interface is red positive and black negative, and the RF output interface is an SMA female external screw internal hole type, which is suitable for a variety of RF signal amplification scenarios.
