This 100W 420 - 6000MHZ PA power amplifier module has an operating frequency of 420 - 5850MHz and supports customization. The operating voltage is 28V (applicable to 28 - 36V), the maximum output power is 50±0.5dBm (corresponding to about 100W, current ≤7A), the gain is 45±1dB, and the in-band fluctuation is ≤2dB. The in-band spurious emission is ≤ -15dBm/1MHz, and the out-of-band 9KHz - 1GHz is not higher than the normal background noise. The output voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR) is ≤1.30. It can work stably in an environment of -10℃ - +55℃, with a gain stability of ±1.5dB and a power stability of ±1dB. The power supply requirement is ≥8A@ +28Vdc, the power interface is red positive and black negative, and the RF output interface is an SMA female external screw internal hole type, which is suitable for RF application scenarios with high requirements for power and signal amplification.
