This 20W power amplifier and VCO signal generator is designed for anti-UAV applications. The operating frequency is 2280-2600MHz, the saturated output power is 43±1dBm, the gain is 43dB, and the in-band flatness is less than 2dB. The operating current does not exceed 2A, and the input-output voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR) is up to 1.5. It has excellent out-of-band spurious suppression capability, the maximum lossless input is +10dBm, and it uses DC +28V power supply, and the power supply interface is through a feed-through capacitor. The RF interface is SMA-KFD type, and the monitoring interface is also in the form of a feed-through capacitor with a VCO. It is compact, with a size of only 112*38*18mm, and can work stably in an environment of -30℃ to +65℃, making it suitable for building anti-UAV RF defense systems.
