100W System GaN 700-1100MHz RF Portable Amplifier Module
With the development of science and technology, various technological developments emerge in an endless stream, and modules are constantly changing and developing. Compared with the previous LoRa module, this new version with lora modulation of ZDTECH has an expanded bandwidth from the original 100MHz to 400MHz. The introduction of this RF portable amplifier module eliminates the complexity of using multiple modules in the same frequency band, thereby simplifying the design process and making it more adaptable to various scenarios.
ZDTECH's anti lora module integrates digital LoRa and broadband functions into an efficient unit. The working principle of the power amplifier signal module relies on LoRa technology, which achieves low-speed, long-distance and persistent wireless communication by using spread spectrum and low-power technology. LoRa technology uses spread spectrum modulation to spread the data signal over a wider frequency band, thereby enhancing the transmission range. At the same time, the LoRa module uses low-power technology to ensure long-term operation.
The RF portable amplifier module operates within the specified frequency range with a stable saturated output power of about 100 watts and consistent gain. The sturdy aluminum housing not only provides excellent heat dissipation, but also enhances its durability. A key feature of the power amplifier signal module is its input VSWR ≤ 1.5, which ensures effective impedance matching, thereby minimizing power losses and maximizing efficiency.
