This 500W wideband power amplifier module offers exceptional wideband frequency coverage spanning 150–6000MHz, engineered with advanced GaN technology to deliver superior performance for professional communication and radar system applications. Built with high-reliability design standards, it maintains ±1.0dB gain stability across -25°C to +65°C, ensuring steady operation in harsh environmental conditions.
Boasting 45% power-added efficiency and VSWR≤1.5, the module greatly eases thermal management pressure for modern radar systemplatforms. Adopting third-generation semiconductor GaN technology, it breaks through the broadband efficiency limits of traditional devices and supports up to 57dBm (500W) continuous wave output.
It integrates quad-protection monitoring with automatic recovery and a 31dB digital attenuator for precise power regulation. Paired with a 40dB coupler for real-time signal detection, it supports reliable pulsed operation. Multi-segment wideband frequency optimization with customizable sub-bands improves gain flatness, while its stable 28V power architecture ensures smooth system integration. Embedded diagnostic functions enable real-time status monitoring, establishing a new benchmark for high-performance RF frontends in radar system equipment.

With voltage, current, output power, output standing wave state, temperature reporting and abnormal monitoring.

The voltage range exceeds 28V±4V to report abnormal voltage, current60A to report abnormal current, output standing wave3 : 1 to report abnormal output standing wave, and temperature exceeds 75°C to report abnormal temperature. When an abnormal state occurs, the power amplifier is powered off. When the abnormal state is eliminated, the automatic restart is performed.
