This Ku Band 300W communication BUC block up converter operates at 13.7–14.8GHz with 950–2050MHz IF and 12750MHz LO. It delivers ≥55dBm rated output power and ≥65dB small-signal gain, with 20dB gain adjustment in 0.5dB steps and ±1.5dB full-band large-signal flatness. It features IMD3 ≤-23dBc, excellent phase noise and VSWR ≤1.5:1 for both RF ports. Equipped with a 10MHz internal reference, it auto-switches to external clock. Powered by AC220V with ≤1500W consumption, it has IP66 rating and works from -40℃ to +60℃. Fitted with cooling fans, N-F input, WR62 waveguide output and a 19-pin MIL connector for Ethernet & RS485 monitoring, it is ideal for satellite ground station communication.
