High Power Ku Band Block Up Converter BUC 400W / 500W 13.75‑14.5GHz GaN RF Amplifier
Built on advanced GaN technology, this Ku band high power BUC is offered in 400Wand500W power versions for demanding satellite uplink systems. Supporting both standard and extended 13.75‑14.5 GHz frequency coverage, it accepts 950‑1450 MHz or 950‑1700 MHz IF input and works with a 10 MHz external reference, with optional high‑stability internal reference available. The 400W unit reaches 56 dBm rated output, while the 500W variant achieves 57 dBm, equipped with amplifier overdrive protection to prevent hardware damage.This Ku band high power BUC delivers low phase noise and excellent linearity for high‑order modulation transmission. Designed for harsh environments, it reliably operates from ‑40℃ to +60℃. Leveraging mature GaN technology, it supports flexible 1:1 and 1:2 redundancy configurations. It features WR75‑G waveguide output, Ethernet SNMPv2 and serial M&C interfaces, enabling remote monitoring and firmware upgrade for mission‑critical satellite earth‑station deployments.
