It covers standard and extended Ku‑band from 13.75‑14.5 GHz, accepting IF inputs of 950‑1450 MHz or 950‑1700 MHz alongside a 10 MHz reference source. An optional high‑stability internal reference and amplifier overdrive protection enhance system robustness.Supporting flexible 1:1 and 1:2 redundancy configurations, this GaN RF Amplifier delivers reliable continuous operation under ‑40℃ to +60℃ extreme conditions. Equipped with WR75‑G waveguide output, SNMPv2‑enabled Ethernet and serial M&C ports, it is well‑suited for mission‑critical satellite earth‑station projects.
