This 13-15GHz dual LO frequency hopping 300W Ku Band BUC Block Up Converter Module matches all kinds of satellite communication antennas. It adopts dual LO of 12050MHz/13050MHz with hopping time ≤100μs, perfectly suited for high-speed frequency hopping communication. It delivers rated output power over 55dBm and 65dB small signal gain, with 20dB gain adjustment in 0.5dB steps and ±1.5dB full-band gain flatness. It features low transmit noise density, excellent phase noise and IMD3 ≤-23dBc. Built-in 10MHz reference supports auto internal/external clock switch. Powered by AC220V with max power consumption ≤1500W, it reaches IP66 waterproof rating and runs reliably from -40℃ to +60℃. Equipped with N-F RF input, WR62 waveguide output and 19-pin connector for Ethernet & RS485 monitoring, it acts as core transmit equipment for special satellite ground stations.
