This 13-15GHz dual LO frequency hopping 300W Ku Band BUC Block Up Converter Module matches all kinds of satellite communication antennas. It adopts dual LO of 12050MHz/13050MHz with hopping time ≤100μs, perfectly suited for high-speed frequency hopping communication. It delivers rated output power over 55dBm and 65dB small signal gain, with 20dB gain adjustment in 0.5dB steps and ±1.5dB full-band gain flatness. It features low transmit noise density, excellent phase noise and IMD3 ≤-23dBc. Built-in 10MHz reference supports auto internal/external clock switch. Powered by AC220V with max power consumption ≤1500W, it reaches IP66 waterproof rating and runs reliably from -40℃ to +60℃. Equipped with N-F RF input, WR62 waveguide output and 19-pin connector for Ethernet & RS485 monitoring, it acts as core transmit equipment for special satellite ground stations.

This  KU band  300W  block up converter module is a high-performance satellite communication module, covering wide RF frequency range of 13–15GHz. It adopts dual LO of 12050MHz/13050MHz with hopping time ≤100μs to support high-speed anti-interference communication. As a powerful 300W  KU band block up converter module, it provides rated output power ≥55dBm and small signal gain ≥65dB, with 20dB gain adjustment range in 0.5dB steps, and full-band gain flatness within ±1.5dB. It owns low transmit noise density, outstanding phase noise and IMD3 ≤-23dBc. As a stable satellite communication module, it has built-in 10MHz reference with automatic internal/external clock switch. Powered by AC220V with power consumption ≤1500W at full load, it reaches IP66 rating and operates steadily from -40℃ to +60℃. It is equipped with N-F RF input, WR62 waveguide output and 19-pin connector for Ethernet & RS485 monitoring. This compact, well-cooled block up converter module acts as the key high-power transmit device for satellite ground stations.
